If you’d like to keep an eye on the status of your loan, you can do so by logging into your account that is created during the application process. You can also view your personal details and request to update anything that may be
invalid. All of our loan contracts are valid only for 4 business days. If you applied more than 4 days ago and have decided to wait, you will need to reapply through our Returning Customer section online using your login details
you created in the application process. You may need to reset your password if you have forgotten it. Once we have received the documentation that you send through, we will look through it and if there is anything missing, we will
contact you promptly to let you know what else we need.
